This week was Spring break for our kids, but since my husband and I could not take the week off work, we had to get the kids babysat. Even if they had lots of fun at their grandparents, we still wanted to do something special with them, so we decided to have a little night out. We went for supper at the restaurant and out of all the good food on the menu, my kids chose to have poutine. They must get if from their dad, it's one of his favourite meals, really! Then we went to the movies to watch Belle and Sebastian. It's a movie about a 6 year old boy that lives alone with his grandfather in the Alps and finds a dog that becomes his friend. It was a great movie but I would not recommend it for kids under 5. My kids want to go see it again. We had lots of fun that night and we are planning on going out for supper and a movie more often!
