Little anecdote

Yesterday, I had a doctor's appointment with my daughter.  Since her doctor is in Ontario and we live in Quebec, I decided to go to the LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario).   The wine is a lot cheaper there.

After the LCBO and the doctor, I pick up my son at the school daycare and here is the conversation we  had.

My son: Mommy, why are you so early, I tough you were going to come and get me really late.

Me: Well we are done at the doctor and now mommy has to go home and make supper.

My son: Well we can go to the restaurant.

Me: We went to the restaurant last Thursday and going to the restaurant cost lots of money.

My daughter: Yes Andrew, and mommy just bought a lot of wine and it was really expensive. OK.

Kids can be so funny!
